With over two decades of international corporate leadership, I have shaped pivotal transformations and led finance and operations teams across national, regional, and global organizations. As the first female CFO and Board Member of Mercedes-Benz Poland and a Senior Finance Executive at Mercedes-Benz headquarters, I pioneered transformative strategic leadership within one of the world’s most iconic brands.

My global business acumen is further honed by the prestigious TRIUM Global Executive MBA from New York University Stern School of Business (NUY Stern), London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and HEC Paris School of Management (HEC), equipping me with a sharp perspective on leadership, complex business landscapes, and dynamic organizational ecosystems.

Certified as a Professional Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and as a Co-Active Professional Coach (CPCC) from the renowned Co-Active Training Institute, I am dedicated to inspiring leaders to redefine what’s possible.

Alongside my executive and coaching credentials, I am also trained in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC). This expertise allows me to navigate and elevate complex team dynamics, fostering a cohesive, adaptive culture that drives unparalleled results.
